$350.00/hr Friday – Sunday (4 hour minimum)
$300.00/hr Monday – Thursday

PARLORS, AUDITORIUM/BALLROOM, KITCHEN AND BOARDROOM
$3,500.00 Friday – Sunday (2 PM – 12M)
$500.00/hr or $2,000.00/8 hours Monday – Thursday
$150.00/hr – Board/Meeting Room (board table seats 10. Meeting room seats 45)

AUDITORIUM, FOYER AND KITCHEN ONLY
$2,500.00 Friday – Sunday (2PM - 12M)
$375.00/hr or 1,500.00 with an 8 hour maximum, Monday – Thursday (must be out by Midnight)

$1,000.00 refundable damage/security deposit

Photo shoots for non-renters: $200

RENTALS:
Gold Ballroom Chairs (205 available) $6.00 each

Black metal chairs (310 available) $2.00 each

Piano—No Charge / But must pay for tuning: $120.00

Staff 10 hours at $60.00/hr—required
Security 5 hours at $38.00/hr—required

Set-up fee for theatre style seating: $200

Only approved, licensed caterers are allowed use of the kitchen. Food may not be brought in for a function.
